Create Google Plus Brand Page
You must have a Google plus brand page to work with this process and publishing content through Hootsuit. To create a Google plus brand page please do following- Go to Google plus brand page creation page
- Choose your brand category and click Next
- Now Choose a name also provide a website URL, agree with Terms and click Continue
- Now your page is almost created. Add page profile photo, background image and save
Create Hootsuit Account and Syndicate Blog Posts
Now we will create hootsuit account which allows to syndicate our feed into different big platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Google plus, Linkedin, Foursquares etc.1. Go to Hootsuite.com
2. Hootsuit offers threeplans (Free, Pro and Enterprise). If you don't want to go with pro you can still start with a basic plan that is free.
3. Once you signed up! Now hootsuit allows you to add your Social networks, as this tutorial for Google plus page so click on Google+ page.
4. Now hootsuit wants your permission to access your account and authorize it. Click on accept button.
5. Once accepted now click on Done adding social networks, now hootsuit will show you a list of Google+ page under your main Google account.
6. Pick your targeted one and click Finish importing.
7. Again click on Done adding social networks and you're on your hootsuit account dashboard/Cpanel
8. From the left vertical menu, navigate to settings > RSS/Atom
9. Now click on Add new feed.
10. Type you feed URL and make other settings for your post content i.e. for ease preview following image
11. Finally hit save feed and you should see the feed is active for your Google+ page
N.B. You can add multiple feed in this way with a free basic plan.
