How to Bounce Pecs

Have you ever seen in movies when a hero makes his chest move up and down? This is not the hardest thing to do, although it does require some work.

Work Out Your Entire Chest. It may sound a little too simple, but it is one of the main things you have to do. Work out your upper chest as well as your lower chest. Do bench presses, incline bench presses (for upper chest), decline bench presses (for lower chest), push ups, incline push ups, wide grip push ups, as well as incline, decline, and regular dumbbell flyes.

Lose Some Weight. If you have some body fat and just work out your chest then you might end up just building the muscle UNDER the fat, making your chest look round. When your chest is completely round you can't really bounce your pecs.

Remember How It Feels When Your Pecs Contract. You can really feel you chest contract when doing bench presses or dumbbell flyes. REMEMBER THAT. After you are done working out try to contract your chest muscles. Their contracting makes that "bouncing" motion that guys like showing off.
